In a nonlinear electric circuit, the voltage $x$ (in volts) across a component is modeled by $f(x) = -0.1x^2 + 2x + 1$. Use the Newton–Raphson Method with initial guess $x_0 = 15$ to estimate the operating voltage at which the circuit reaches equilibrium. The equilibrium voltage is the voltage at which the net change in the circuit becomes zero, i.e., the circuit reaches a stable operating point.
