Key idea

If two graphs intersect at a point (x,y)(x,y), then the same xx gives the same yy in both functions:

f(x)=g(x) f(x)=g(x)

After solving for xx, substitute back into either f(x)f(x) or g(x)g(x) to get yy.

Discuss theoretical concepts, mathematical formulas, and architectural foundations.
