$5 - 2 = 3$ , so $12 + 6 * 3 = 12 + 18 = 30$

$30 ** 2 = 900$

$4 ** 2 - 7 + 10 = 16 - 7 + 10 = 19$

$900 / 19 = 47.36842105263158$
