Notification System

Create an abstract Notifier with send(message).

Implement EmailNotifier, SMSNotifier, and PushNotifier.

Allow dynamic switching and add logging. Handle failures gracefully.

OOP Focus: Abstraction plus polymorphism in a real application flow.
